ข้อตกลงการใช้งาน

1. บัญชีและความปลอดภัย

ไอดี FireMS ใช้กับทั้งเกมและเว็บไซต์ คุณต้องดูแลรหัสผ่านและตรวจสอบข้อมูลก่อนทำรายการ หากสงสัยว่าบัญชีถูกเข้าถึงโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต ให้ติดต่อทีมงานทันที ทีมงานจะไม่ขอรหัสผ่านผ่าน Discord หรือแชท

2. การเล่นอย่างเป็นธรรม

ห้ามใช้โปรแกรมโกง บอท หรือระบบอัตโนมัติภายนอกเพื่อเอาเปรียบผู้เล่นอื่น ห้ามใช้ช่องโหว่ทำซ้ำไอเทมหรือแต้ม แทรกแซงบริการ หรือเข้าถึงบัญชีผู้อื่น ฟีเจอร์อัตโนมัติที่ FireMS จัดให้ในเกมให้ใช้ตามขอบเขตของฟีเจอร์นั้น หากพบบัคให้หยุดใช้ประโยชน์และแจ้งทีมงาน

3. ชุมชนและการซื้อขาย

ห้ามคุกคาม หลอกลวง สแปม เปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนตัวผู้อื่น หรือแอบอ้างเป็นทีมงาน ตามกติกาของ FireMS ห้ามซื้อขายหรือแลกเปลี่ยนบัญชีและไอเทมในเกมเป็นเงินจริง ผลงานที่แสดงในอันดับต้องมาจากการเล่นที่ถูกต้อง

4. การเติมเงินและ Donate Point

ก่อนยืนยันรายการ ให้ตรวจแพ็กเกจ จำนวนเงิน และเลขอ้างอิง ใช้ช่องทางที่หน้าเว็บแสดงเท่านั้น หากสถานะยังไม่อัปเดต อย่าโอนซ้ำเพียงเพราะยังไม่เห็นแต้ม ให้ติดต่อทีมงานพร้อมเลขอ้างอิงและหลักฐาน โดยไม่ส่งข้อมูลการเงินในห้องสาธารณะ ปัญหายอดไม่เข้า ยอดผิด หรือคำขอคืนเงินต้องได้รับการตรวจสอบตามข้อเท็จจริงและกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง ข้อความนี้ไม่ได้รับรองผลการคืนเงินล่วงหน้า

5. การตรวจสอบและการจำกัดบัญชี

ทีมงานอาจตรวจสอบผลงานผิดปกติ และใช้มาตรการตามความร้ายแรง เช่น เตือน จำกัดการใช้งาน นำรายการอันดับออก หรือระงับบัญชี หากเห็นว่ามีข้อผิดพลาด ให้ติดต่อทีมงานพร้อมข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อขอให้ตรวจสอบ ไม่ควรเผยแพร่ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลเพื่อโต้แย้งในที่สาธารณะ

6. การให้บริการและการเปลี่ยนแปลง

เกมและเว็บไซต์อาจหยุดเพื่อบำรุงรักษา แก้ไขปัญหา หรือปรับสมดุล จึงไม่รับประกันว่าจะใช้งานได้ต่อเนื่องตลอดเวลา เมื่อปรับข้อตกลงจะระบุวันที่ปรับปรุงในหน้านี้ และใช้ช่องทางประกาศของ FireMS เพื่อแจ้งเรื่องสำคัญ ข้อตกลงนี้ไม่ตัดสิทธิที่กฎหมายกำหนดให้ผู้ใช้

1. Accounts and security

A FireMS account is used for both the game and website. Keep your password secure and check information before making a transaction. Contact staff promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Staff will not request your password through Discord or chat.

2. Fair play

Do not use cheats, bots or external automation to gain an unfair advantage. Do not exploit bugs to duplicate items or points, interfere with the service, or access another person’s account. Automation provided as a FireMS game feature must be used within its intended scope. Stop exploiting any discovered bug and report it to staff.

3. Community and trading

Do not harass, scam, spam, expose another person’s private information or impersonate staff. FireMS rules prohibit trading accounts or in-game items for real money. Ranking results must come from legitimate gameplay.

4. Top-ups and Donate Points

Before confirming a top-up, check the package, amount and reference. Use only payment channels shown on the website. If points have not appeared, do not pay again solely because the status is delayed. Contact staff with the reference and evidence without posting financial details publicly. Missing credits, incorrect amounts and refund requests require review of the facts and applicable law; this notice does not promise a refund outcome.

5. Reviews and account restrictions

Staff may review unusual results and take proportionate action, such as warnings, access restrictions, removal of ranking entries or account suspension. If you believe an action was mistaken, contact staff with relevant information for review. Do not expose personal information in a public dispute.

6. Service availability and updates

The game and website may pause for maintenance, fixes or balance updates; uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Changes to these terms will carry an updated date on this page, with important notices shared through FireMS announcement channels. These terms do not remove rights that users have under applicable law.
